Mission Statement

 

Elevate24 C.I.C exists to empower young people and transform communities by addressing the root causes of inequality, exclusion, and disadvantage. We work with young people aged 16–24 who are impacted by poverty, unemployment, poor educational outcomes, trauma, racism, neurodiversity, and systemic barriers that limit opportunity and undermine potential.

Our mission is to provide structured support, safe spaces, and clear pathways that enable young people to rebuild confidence, develop skills, and progress into education, employment, and leadership. We believe every young person deserves dignity, direction, and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of background or circumstance.

Through mentoring, coaching, skills development, mental-health-informed practice, and community collaboration, Elevate24 delivers early intervention and long-term solutions that move beyond reactive responses. We work in partnership with schools, local authorities, police, and community organisations to strengthen trust, improve outcomes, and create environments where young people are supported rather than excluded.
